Carolina Indoor Performance Association is organized and administered on the principle that its leaders are professionals teaching by example both in and out of the competitive arena. CIPA’s purpose is to provide the North Carolina, South Carolina, East Tennessee, and Southwest Virginia areas with a professional competitive atmosphere.
